Products and product prices
The prices of the products are presented in connection with the product presentations. Our prices include VAT. The tax breakdown can be seen in the shopping cart and in the order confirmation.



Payment methods
Payment methods can be selected at checkout.


Delivery fee
The general delivery fee in Finland €6.90/order. Other countries €8,90.

Products may be delivered from different warehouses, in which case the order will be sent in two or more packages.

NOTE! If you have products from both the Ecoisa product group and another product group in the same order, in that case the delivery fee will be charged twice (€13,80/€17,80/order)



Delivery time
The usual delivery time is 3-7 business days. Most products are delivered within 2-5 business days.

A tracking code is available for deliveries, so it is easy to follow the progress of the package. As a rule, packages are delivered to the nearest Posti collection point.

In some cases, the order may be delivered from two different warehouses, so the delivery may come in several packages.



Product return right
Ordered products have a 14-day exchange and return right. 14 days are counted from when the customer has received the package.

If the customer wants to exchange the ordered product for another one, we will send the replacement product as soon as the returned product has arrived.

The customer is responsible for the return postage.

Instructions for return or exchange should be requested by email.


Fixing a product error
If the delivered product is damaged, you can file an error report about the product by email to our customer service and you can return the product free of postage according to the instructions provided. At the same time, please let us know if you are returning the product and want the money back, or if you would like us to send a similar product to replace the damaged one. Complaints must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.



Dispute resolution and venue


The customer has the right to submit disputes arising from this contract to the consumer dispute board (www.kuluttajariita.fi) for resolution.

Before taking the case to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer must contact consumer advice (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi).
